Short answer: Maisano Brothers Inc. is a family-owned asphalt paving contractor, paving Connecticut since 1967, that takes on commercial paving for property owners and managers with sites in Connecticut and other states. We work from one yard in Northford, CT; we don’t have offices in other states. Our documented out-of-state commercial projects include parking lots in Newport and Barrington, Rhode Island, and work in Springfield, Massachusetts. If you manage several properties, tell us the locations and scope, and we’ll tell you whether and how we can help.
Who this is for
Facilities and property managers responsible for parking lots at more than one location: retail stores and shopping centers, offices, warehouses, schools, and residential communities. See how we approach retail and shopping-center properties.
How a multi-site project works
- Locations and goals. You send the property list, the kind of work you expect, and your timing.
- Site-by-site scope. Each lot is measured and assessed on its own: pavement condition, drainage structures, access, and pedestrian routes.
- Written estimates you can compare. Each site gets a written scope with the measured area, the repair or paving method, and exclusions. Our guide to comparing paving bids explains what a clear scope includes.
- Phasing and access agreed in writing. Whether parts of a lot can stay open depends on its layout, safety, access and weather. We agree phasing and any closures before work starts; see planning a paving project around your business.
