The Challenge

Our Process
The crew worked from the same trucks, paver, and rollers used on every Maisano Brothers job — there is no chain of subcontractors between the estimate and the finished surface. The same crew that priced the work delivered it on site, which keeps quality consistent from the first call through the final pass. We prepared the surface, corrected the base where the existing one was unsound, and laid hot-mix asphalt in the right lifts at the right temperatures. Final passes were rolled to full density and the edges were detailed.
