The Challenge
The course in New Haven, CT needed cart-path and parking surfaces rebuilt to handle daily traffic without disrupting play. The work had to blend with the course aesthetic while meeting member expectations for ride quality.
Our Process
The crew worked from the same trucks, paver, and rollers used on every Maisano Brothers job — there is no chain of subcontractors between the estimate and the finished surface. The same crew that priced the work delivered it on site, which keeps quality consistent from the first call through the final pass. We sequenced work to minimise interruption to play. The base was strengthened where it needed it, hot-mix asphalt was paved to a clean profile, and transitions back into existing cart paths were detailed by hand.
The Result
Members got a quiet, professional surface that fits the course aesthetic and is built for cart and vehicle traffic over the long term.
