Parking Lot Paving Cost Calculator

Pick the work your lot needs and its approximate size for a planning cost range, then hand it to us for an exact written estimate.

1. What does the lot need?
2. About how big is the lot?
sq ft

Not sure? A rough guide: ~10 cars ≈ 3,000 sq ft · a small strip-mall lot ≈ 15,000–25,000 sq ft. An exact measure isn't needed for a ballpark.

3. Current condition
4. Add line striping?

Standard stalls, ADA spaces, and fire lanes.

This is a planning range for mill & overlay. Your real number depends on the base, drainage, and site access — things only an on-site look can price.

What moves a parking lot price

The range above is a planning figure, not a quote. The base under the asphalt decides most of it: a lot with a sound base can often be milled and overlaid, while a failed base needs full depth reclamation or reconstruction. Drainage work, catch basins, curbing, phasing around open hours, and striping all add to the scope.
