The Challenge
The property in New Haven, CT needed commercial plaza paving engineered for the way the surface is actually used — a result built on a sound base, finished cleanly, and made to last.
Our Process
The crew worked from the same trucks, paver, and rollers used on every Maisano Brothers job — there is no chain of subcontractors between the estimate and the finished surface. We prepared the surface, corrected the base where the existing one was unsound, and laid hot-mix asphalt in the right lifts at the right temperatures. Final passes were rolled to full density and the edges were detailed.
The Result
