The Challenge
The owners in Stonington, CT wanted a clean, durable asphalt driveway built on a properly prepared base — one that would shed water cleanly and stay smooth for years of normal use.
Our Process
The existing surface was prepared, the base was corrected where needed, and hot-mix asphalt was paved in proper lifts and rolled to full density. Edges were shaped to resist future cracking and transitions at the apron and the garage were finished cleanly.
The Result
The owners got a smooth, properly draining driveway that adds to the curb appeal of the home and is positioned to last with simple periodic maintenance.
