The Challenge
The property manager in Springfield, MA needed a parking lot that could carry traffic loads without rutting, drain cleanly to keep customers safe, and look professional to anyone walking up to the door.
Our Process
We staged equipment to keep as much of the lot open as possible, milled or removed where required, corrected the base, and paved the binder and surface courses to full density. Final striping was applied once the asphalt had cooled.
The Result
The property reopened with a quiet, clean parking lot — proper drainage, fresh striping, and a surface built to handle the daily traffic load.
